On an item you can subscribe to key changes, such as a value being updated, the location of the item is changed or a message was posted in the event log. To do so, navigate to the "Item detail page" of the item you want to create a subscription to. Based on your access profile, you can create a subscription for yourself or other "Users" or "Groups". To subscribe to global changes such as "Location change" or "Event log" you manage this from the "Notification pane" to the right:
- "Talking bubble" - notification only given internally in the app
- "Mail" - notification sent to your email
If you have access, you can also set these notifications for "Groups" or "Users" by pressing "+ Add Subscription".
Press the "bell icon" next to the property field to create a notification rule on a specific field. This created a new "Notification group" in the "notification pane" and you can set how will receive notifications on changes to this field.
